Job Description
We are an international millwork installation company specializing in furniture installation in residential, luxury retail stores, and hotels, seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Placing online orders for tools, office and warehouse supplies
- Answering phones and emailing
- Receiving physical mail
- Managing annual inspections, such as fire extinguishers, fire alarm, vehicles registrations and related documents
- Checks pick-up / cash-in
- COI requests
- Booking and reserving equipment and car rentals, heavy equipment rental
- Logistics communications
- Posting receipts
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Office located in Morganville, NJ. Standard office hours, 40hrs per week.
- No hybrid option
- Bilingual: must be able to speak English and Russian
