Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the office
- Actively update Social Media platforms-Instagram, etc.
- Coordinate and manage leads, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain a professional attitude
- Ensure phone calls are handled efficiently
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records
- Implement and maintain effective systems
- Familiarity with Quickbooks
Knowledge of AutoCAD would be a huge plus!
