We are seeking a dedicated Dental Office Manager to join our boutique dental practice in Union, NJ. As the Dental Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dental Office, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing.
• Manage patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with dental staff to optimize workflow and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Verify and process insurance claims, with expertise in handling major PPO insurances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dental Office management.
• Familiarity with major PPO insurances and expertise in insurance billing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Dental Office software and Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
