Job Description

As the Office Manager of Bob Moses Ceramic Coating in Phoenix, you will be directly supporting the day-to-day operations under the immediate supervision of both the CEO and COO. This is an entry-level position where the successful applicant will receive on-the-job training in business management of operations and customer relations. You will mainly be responsible for managing the tasks of the front office. We want to thoroughly express that this is an entry-level position. A qualified applicant does not need to have prior experience to be successful in this role. You will receive direct training to become proficient and experienced in all the following job requirements.

Job Requirements:

·         Answering calls and emails from clients, franchise owners, vendors, and management.

·         Supporting the shop crew with efficiency, organization, cleanliness, and a positive attitude.

·         Managing the Phoenix location schedule.

·         Inventory management for the Phoenix location.

·         Supply chain management for the Franchise System – ordering and receiving.

·         Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable for the Franchise System and Phoenix location.

·         Delivering the highest quality customer service.

·         Communicating cross-functionally with management, the shop team, and the franchises in the franchise system.

·         Traveling to local marketing events. (One weekend a month)

·         Assisting with management of the company website. Updating the website with content and bug fixes.

·         Assisting with updating and organizing live documentation within the Franchise System.

Additional projects may include:

·         Data management and analysis (Revenue, KPIs, complaints, etc.)

·         CRM management and automation creation

·         Sales analytics

Requirements

·         Able to work in a fast-paced office and shop environment.

·         Capable of taking on multiple tasks in multiple disciplines.

·         Able to maintain good prioritization and project organization.

·         Must work 40 hours per week minimum and overtime when requested.

·         Eager and Quick Learner – Ability to pick up and learn new skills easily with an enthusiastic drive to do so.

·         Self-sufficient, self-starter – Are capable of identifying and figuring out problems on your own with little to no input.

·         Must be computer literate.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·         Basic knowledge of websites, software, and web applications

·         Adept Curiosity – Asking questions to become an expert in the industry and bettering yourself in your role.

·         Education requirement – High school or trade school equivalent

·         Must be able to lift 50lbs

Preferences

·         Experience with data analytics.

·         Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.

·         Education – Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.

·         Prior customer service experience is a huge plus.

·         Prior sales experience is a plus. (Retail sales would suffice)

·         Prior experience in web development is a plus.

·         Experience contributing to projects or creating personal projects preferred.

·         Experience with flows, automation, machine learning is a plus.

·         IT experience will also be considered as a plus.

Pay and Benefits

·         Pay will start at $18-$23 an hour. This position will have a large growth curve based on performance. There will be performance reviews at 90 days and 180 days, followed by annual reviews thereafter.

·         Pay may be negotiated based on experience with a cap at $60,000 per year starting salary.

·         Pay may change from hourly to salary based on business needs, but the successful applicant will work a minimum of 40 hours a week.

·         Commission opportunities available.

·         $50 per week health insurance stipend.

·         401k offered after first year of employment.

·         28 paid company planned vacation days each year. (Includes Federal Holidays)
