Your role:
As our Office Manager, you’ll be a vital member of our Leadership Team and have responsibility for ensuring the company’s coordinated efforts for smooth and effective tax resolution. You’ll fulfill both operational and strategic roles, manage elements of the staff, and establish an administrative strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business that’s in alignment with our vision, our values and our brand.

What you'll do:
· Develop and maintain current CRM software for optimization of business efficiencies
· Implement any and all cutting-edge hardware/software products that increases office efficiencies
· Responsible for developing, implementing and improving office systems, policies, procedures and standards to guide and improve the operations of the office
· Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations, systems and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are properly designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
· Ability to stay on task, in a multi-task busy work environment
· Monitor billings and collections and assist in monthly accounting close
· Coordinate and oversee potential client follow-up in sales cycle
· Point person for office matters covering bills, mailings, supplies orders, filing and errands
· Coordinate with IT and equipment vendor(s) office equipment, software and network maintenance and needed procurement
· Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
· Contact (call or email) potential clients and existing clients for needed information
· Manage owner and staff schedules, calendars and appointments
· Ensure that monthly business results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way
· Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints
· Maintain a safe and secure working environment
What you'll need:
- High technical skills with hardware and software
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent proven office management or experience in a law, finance, or accounting office setting. Applicants without the prior experience need not apply
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- United States residency and eligibility to work in the United States
