SalaryWe have an immediate opening for a senior-level graphic designer on our Digital team. The team operates at the intersection of graphic design, interactive technology, strategy, and experience design. On any given project, Senior Designers will work with a creative director and a cross-disciplinary project team to strategize, conceive, create, and present ideas and designs, and with implementation partners to execute work at the highest level. Projects range from experience strategy, web and touch-based interactive experiences, digital signage, and large-scale immersive digital experiences. Applicants must have the ability to adapt easily in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary, fast-paced environment, and present high quality design executions.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with creative directors and project teams; provide mentorship and support to junior designers
- Clearly communicate ideas with project teams and clients through writing, sketching, and other means as the project demands
- Execute work at the highest level across every project phase, including strategy, concept, design development, documentation, and implementation oversight
- Maintain currency with the contemporary visual and technological landscape
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Exceptional typographic skills
- Rigorous systematic thinking
- Strong writing skills
- Fluency with modern digital design tools including Figma and After Effects
- Experience producing interactive prototypes with code or tools like Figma
- Typical candidates will have a degree in graphic design or a related field, but we welcome applicants with unconventional backgrounds
- Special consideration will be given to candidates with strong examples of work in motion graphics or creative coding

This as in-person position; all candidates will be encouraged to be on-site in New York City at least part time. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.
