Office Manager

This is a full-time Office Manager role. Our Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, including phone and email communication with clients, employees and vendors, helping our Finance Manager with day-to-day financial management, overseeing our portion of in-house HR, including managing our profit sharing program (our workers compensation company offers professional HR guidance), assisting the owner and GM with Service Auto Pilot job scheduling, monitoring the basics of our IT system, assisting the owner and Sales Manager with marketing materials, maintaining excellent records of subcontractor files, certifications and licensure records, helping the owner and GM manage insurance policies. This description would be remiss if it didn't add that the Office Manager position at Browder-Hite requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ability to gracefully shift priorities and tasks without loosing focus is essential.

Finally, our Office Manager is tasked with maintaining the harmonious, consistent and peaceful spirit of the front office, not unlike a home. The Office Manager position is one of high responsibility and this person is a vital member of our management team.
