Qualifications-
High School Diploma Accepted
Business Administration Degree Preferred
Post-secondary courses in office administration, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
Experience working in areas requiring strict confidentiality
Job Description:
Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages
Scheduling client appointments
Complete referral forms on client as they register
Assist client with intake packet
Maintain client file as they register
Contact referrals insurance information verify no open authorizations
Liaison and Coordinates transportation needs
Submit registrations
Maintain a neat, clean and organized reception area perform other assigned office duties, as needed
Highly preferred someone with medical background, or experience in the mental health field
Business attire is required daily

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
