Office Coordinator - Mental Health Clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Winston is seeking a full-time, lead administrative operations in a mental health clinic located in Downtown Manhattan. The candidate will oversee various administrative tasks, coordinate patient services, and support our team in delivering compassionate care to the facilities’ diverse patient population. The facility has opportunities for incentive-based pay and have reasonable benefits including transportation, with the option of an HRA health plan.
Responsibilities:
· Screen potential patients and provide information about clinical services
· Manage electronic health records (EHR) system tasks and scheduling
· Onboard new employees and coordinate therapists' schedules
· Collect payments and manage clinical intake forms
· Research benefits and eligibility, submit accurate claims, and produce invoices
· Oversee office operations, inventory, and maintenance
· Coordinate with the marketing and growth team

· Strong organization and time-management abilities
· Compassion, empathy, and patience
· Attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA regulations
· Proficiency with electronic health records systems
· Initiative and leadership in meeting administrative needs
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), preferably in a healthcare-related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, ideally in mental healthcare
· Experience working with adults with mental health conditions
· Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
· Able to provide 2 professional references
