The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a ground floor position and who is looking for a position that offers the opportunity to advance.
Must have 2-3 years of proven office experience working in a fast-paced professional environment or equivalent education.
Under the direction of the management team the Office Coordinator performs essential onsite support tasks including but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
- Successfully coordinates and collaborates with multiple teams and team members, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Helps to create a positive, welcoming environment by exhibiting a strong adherence to customer service best practices.
- Works successfully in a team environment, solving complex problems, communicates in a positive manner and helps to support the success of the organization and various teams.
- Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication, proofreading and organization.
- Edit, proofread, and maintain various MS Office documents, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
- Answer and direct calls
- Follow-Up with internal team members, external customers, and vendors in a timely manner
- Can meet strict deadlines
- Inputs data into various formats
- Help to order materials or supplies
