We are looking to hire an Office Coordinator for our Parker location. Our Office Coordinators greet patients and help them navigate their appointments and play a key role in diagnostic testing by running our home sleep study program. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent patient care, think quickly to resolve issues, and pays attention to detail.
As an Office Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Providing support with the daily activities of a medical office.
- Facilitating patient reception, assisting with registration/check in & appointment scheduling.
- Engaging in diagnostic testing management by performing the following duties:
- Programming devices, collecting data & managing inventory.
- Processing medical records, letters and reports as needed.
- Confirming patients' insurance eligibility with insurance companies.
- Assisting with Durable Medical Equipment program as necessary based on office location
To perform this job successfully, you will need:
- High School diploma required; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the following fields:
- Call Center, Medical Front Office, Scheduling/Appointment setting, Hospitality/Customer Service.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to multitask

Our board-certified doctors and PAs evaluate patients, handing them off to our team of stellar sleep technologists for testing, followed by treatment by a consortium of doctors, PAs, PAP technologists, cognitive-behavioral therapists, and sleep dentists.

In addition to our team of clinical providers, we have a comprehensive durable medical equipment department which coordinates PAP therapy appointments for patients and timely orders of the PAP machines and supplies.
