If you answered “yes” to at least two of these questions, you might be our next Office and Customer Service Coordinator.
A day in the life of the TMAD Office and Customer Service Coordinator might include:
- Respond to customer comments.
- Manage the office – manage office vendors, keep us well-supplied with office staples and snacks, help keep the environment organized (don’t worry…we’re not slobs).
- Support all-company and executive meetings as well as shop owner and prospective shop owner meetings.
- Onboard new employees.
- Partner with our IT team to procure technology.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, snail-mail and packages).
- Printing and binding documents.
- Update and maintain our contact lists.
- Organize team events.
- Interact with building management.
This person will have the opportunity to grow quickly. The right person will:

- Have an intense attention to detail.
- Have an outgoing personality.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to the changing demands of a growing company.

The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent time and workload management, and be a self-directed and enthusiastic learner. A willingness to help wherever needed is essential, and there are ample opportunities for growth. Strong writing and communication skills are required.
Experience:
- 2+ years working in an office environment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written communication. No, really….like you’ve gotta be able to write.
- Can-do mentality. Sense of urgency and timeline to all tasks.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills/attitude (will be working with and talking to customers daily)
- Technologically savvy (or a quick learner)
- Ability to work with teams (internal & external)

Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
