Dental Front Office/Insurance Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dental Office Insurance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Check patients in and out
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Accurately input patient information and treatment codes into Dentrix
• Educate patients on their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
• Assist patient in understanding their treatment plans and payment options
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient experiences
• Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and regulations

Full-time

Comp: $24-28/hr based on skills and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
