SalaryWe are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our family at Golden Peak Dental.
The Front Office Coordinator's primary responsibility is to facilitate the patient's office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well-informed and prepared for their next appointment. At Golden Peak, we believe in taking the time to build a relationship with each patient to provide them the care they deserve. We are a Monday-Thursday office who believes in a work-life balance.
Office hours are:
Monday-Tuesday 7:45 AM - 5 PM
Wednesday-Thursday 6:45 AM - 4 PM

Compensation:$22 - $27 hourly
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls
- Verify and maintain patient records
- Schedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment
- Manage the schedule to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time
- Work with a clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals
- Verify patient insurance
- Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates in conjunction with patient's benefits
- Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws
- Handle billing and payment transactions
Please note other duties may be assigned, including managing the schedule and correspondence.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner
- Motivating team player and leader
- Proficient in basic computer applications with the ability to quickly learn new software
- One year of dental office experience required
- Knowledge of Open Dental or similar software preferred
