*Job Summary*
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to Sales and Operations to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, great hand writing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
*Job Details*
- Re-write 30-45 work order tickets daily.
- Look up data in Quick Books Online as needed. (No accounting or Quick Books experience needed)
- Alphabetize and file tickets as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
