This is unlike any sales position you've ever had. We work directly with insurance companies, so all of the repairs are fully covered - which means there are ZERO money objections.
Whenever a major hail storm hits, we set up a new office in that location. Our reps then go door-to-door in the most heavily impacted areas, and they make GREAT money in the process. We repair cars, NOT houses - which means there is zero competition.
As an Intake-Office Coordinator, you'll be assisting our new and existing customers with their intakes, walking them through our process and cultivating strong relationships with them!
An ideal candidate will possess:
- Past customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assisting customers with their intakes.
- Provide customers with updates on their vehicles.
- Maintaining customer files with accuracy.
