Job Overview:
The Community Programs and Engagement Coordinator holds a pivotal role in overseeing the management of programming, staffing, and strategic operations for all of our Camp operations and Community Events, encompassing Summer Camps, School Year Day Camps, School Break Camps, and other community activities. Beyond administrative responsibilities, the coordinator is integral to community outreach, family engagement, and the execution of program promotions and advertisements. A primary focus is on promoting and expanding Aozora programs, emphasizing both increased enrollment and sustained program quality. Acting as a leader and role model during camps, the coordinator embodies the vision and mission of Aozora Community Foundation. The Coordinator plays a central role in advancing organizational goals and ensuring a positive, enriching experience for participants as they contribute to the overall success and growth of our Community Programs.
