Medical Front Office Coordinator – Full Time

Ideal Candidate:
- Must possess excellent time-management and task-management skills.
- Must have a knowledge of sales and the aesthetic industry.
- Must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment, kindly respond to patient and staff needs, and responsibly respond to all patients and potential leads in a timely manner.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency.
- Must be able to understand and demonstrate both luxury and quality service.
- Minimum experience – 3 years.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries, assist with walk-in appointments, analyze, and respond to patient requests either in-person or by phone regarding basic aesthetic questions, aesthetic and plastic surgery services, scheduling, purchasing, patient accounts, requests for forms, brochures, booklets, and other documents.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Provide excellent, high quality customer service to patients and staff.
- When necessary, modify call processing to provide the highest level of service to all callers.
- Manage patients and potential leads by quickly responding back to all inquiries within 2 hours.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, company promotions, current events, and staffing.
- Maintain efficient work progress that meets the service goals established by management and the executive team.
- Document all patient information, communications, and sales in our system.
- Receptionist duties as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Compensation will be based on experience.
