Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in dental or healthcare facility management: 5 years as treatment coordinator or dental front office
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and basic IT systems.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
