We are looking for a Reliable, Experienced, HardWorking, and Detail Oriented

individual to join our billing team. This is an extremely important role in the company,

and we are looking for a fabulous person to fill it.

WHAT OUR CLIENT ACCOUNTS / ASSISTANT BILLERS DO:

• They play a critical role in the success of our business by working on both the

financial and client sides of the business.

• They are the liaison between the client and our in-house biller.
• They answer client questions about their financial responsibility for treatment.
• They work closely with our admin and clinical staff. Truly an essential team member!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather accurate client and insurance information
• Verify client benefits prior to initial session and throughout their treatment
• Provide necessary client account updates to admin and clinical staff
• Verify proper utilization of codes
• Process credit card payments daily
• Create invoices for third-party payors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous Client Accounts / Biller / Coder experience is preferred
• Simple Practice EHR knowledge is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel or Mac Pages / Numbers
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

WORK HOURS:

• Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• No evenings, No weekends, No holidays required
• Position is at our admin office in Layton. In-office 4 days a week, with 1 flex day

available to work from home.
