Proflow Pumping Solutions is looking for an Office Clerk for our Engineered Repairs Division in Blue Island, IL. This is considered an entry level position with on-the-job training. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Communicate with management team professionally at all levels.
- Work with Inside Engineers, Machinists, and Mechanics on a daily basis.
- Computer work such as typing proposals, uploading files, and data entry.
- Enter sales orders and purchase orders in our Oracle Netsuite Business System.
- Maintain bill of materials for engineered repair jobs.
- Other duties as assigned as experience increases.
An interest to learn about industrial rotating equipment and mechanical aptitude are essential skills for this position.

Mechanical Seals – Includes a complete compliment of new seals from single- and double-cartridge seals to specially engineered seals. In addition, our seal lab performs complete repair services from lapping and cleaning to full pressure testing on all repaired seals.
Repairs – With an 18,000 square foot repair facility in Blue Island Illinois we are able to perform miraculous repairs from the smallest component to even the largest, seemingly “hopeless case” damaged pump. In fact, most customers acknowledge that our repairs exceed the quality they receive from OEM repair shops.
