Office Clerk

Duties:

• Data Entry Information using our VMS system. And manual entry as well
• Printing customer invoice & BOL's
• Scanning and copying documents.
• Checking orders and helping in the office
• Answering emails and picking up incoming calls

Requirements:
Attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task multiple priorities
• Have a sense of urgency to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of using other Vendor Management Systems such as Abacus
• Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
