- Responsibilities:
- - Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- - Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
- - Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- - Assist with event planning and coordination
- - Support office management in various administrative tasks
- -Crop/edit completed project pictures
- -Confirm information & assist customers with questions; via phone, email & in person
- -Create closing papers/waivers for customers
- Experience:
- - Previous experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar role is preferred
- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- - Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette Schedule appointments
