Front Office Clerk/Receptionist

We're searching for a Front Desk Receptionist to work at our dynamic, innovative and fast-paced company. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling administrative and customer service issues, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Some medical background is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general information and assistance to patients.
• Organize and maintain patient records.
• Interact with the public in a professional and helpful manner.
• Answer the telephone and listening to voicemails.
• Relaying messages to providers
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Setting up appointments
• Minimal cleaning

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
