Bilingual Warehouse Office Support Clerk

POSITION TITLE: Bilingual Warehouse Office Support Clerk   

RESPONSIBILITY: This position works alongside warehouse manager to assist in the clerical needs within the department, which includes answering calls, data entry, filing, record keeping, customer orders, shipping and receiving maters, answer route inquiries when needed. 

DEPARTMENT: Warehouse Department   

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

PAY RATE: $16.00-$18.00

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full-Time,  

Monday-Friday Start 10:00am Saturday Start 10:00am      

DRESS CODE: Casual Attire 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Filing shipping and receiving documents 

• Interact with drivers, sales, customers, and other departments 

• Answer questions and inquiries and provide route updates and fleet information  

• Handle driver questions, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow through 

• Customer invoicing and pick ups  

• Inventory receiving into NECS Entrée  

• Print loading sheets for day pickers  

• Print labels for inventory 

• Inventory count  

• Other duties as needed 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  

• High School Diploma 

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  

• Excellent customer service experience 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Email 

• Bilingual – Spanish & English 

• Exhibit good decision making, problem solving, demonstrate great communication, organizational skills and detailed-oriented. 

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
