Jr. Account Clerk/Office Assistant

Job Title: Jr. AccountingClerk/Office Assistant

Successful candidates will be working in a collaborative environment, where collectively, all team members work towards the same production and quality goals. Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative.

Responsibilities:

· Perform basic accounting functions and participates in the full accounting cycle, including, but not limited to:

o Maintain accurate financial data in ERP system

o Process supplier and vendor A/R and A/P documents

o Prepare reports and monitor accounts to ensure payments are current

· Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including, but not limited to:

o Screen phone calls and greet visitors

o Maintain manual and electronic files

o Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

· Cross-train and learn to perform other job functions within operations

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum Associate degree

· Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a MUST!

· Experience with ERP system environment is a PLUS

· Experience in Data Entry with strong typing and 10-Key skills

· Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment

· Detail oriented and good with numbers

· Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· This position is required to work in the corporate office: 40 hours per week, and available to work overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.93 - $22.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
