- 2+ years' office or customer service experience
- Good typing skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week
Job Description:
- Maintains database by entering new and updated
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Processes documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Answering emails
- Sorting incoming mail
- Maintaining records of receipts, mailing dates, and other required information
