Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate has strong clerical skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively. Bilingual--Hindi/Punjabi is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Front desk coverage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
