We are currently seeking a dynamic individual that has a positive, team-oriented attitude and receptionist/office assistant experience to help support our office team with administrative duties.
M-F 7:30 am-4:30 pm
Must have reliable transportation
Valid Driver's License
Starting Pay: $18.00+/hr depending on experience
Pay increase at 90 days
Bonus at 6 months and 1 year of employment
Benefits begin the 1st of the month following your 60 day employment
Job Description
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to the appropriate personnel or department
- Take and deliver messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable
- Answer questions about business and provide callers with address, directions and other information when needed
- Maintain fax machine, assist users, send faxes, and retrieve and route incoming faxes
- Order and restock office and kitchen supplies
- Data Entry
- Operate QuickBooks with tasks to help support office team
- Make copies and put together folder packets
- Maintain calendars
- Performs other routine administrative support tasks for a variety of internal functions such as mailing, filing, distributing mail and documents, supporting, and maintaining the office.
- Other duties as requested
- Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable
