```Duties:```
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
- File and organize documents as necessary
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital format
- Perform basic math calculations when necessary
- Assist with data collection and analysis as directed by supervisor
```Qualifications:```
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with database systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large amounts of data. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have strong computer skills. Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Data Entry Clerk will be working on-site at our office location.
