Form of workCobra Concrete Cutting Services is currently hiring a full time Office Assistant(on site) to join our growing team at our Arlington Heights, IL location. Job Duties:
- Answer and route calls
- File and scan documents regularly
- Sort incoming mail
- Prepare and send outgoing mail
- Organize supplies
- Assist with typing estimates
- Assist with preparing waivers
- Assist with issuing Certificates of Insurance
- Assist with other office/departmental needs as they arise
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates the ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- 1-3 years of prior office experience is desired.
