Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients with inquiries
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy of information
- Handle front desk duties including greeting customers and gathering customer needs
- Utilize computer software programs such as Tire Master for customer records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for answering phone, greeting customers and inputting customer invoices
