Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office on a day-to-day basis. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, provide support to staff members, and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Office and Excel, and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
