Office Assistant

We are currently searching for a self-motivated and detail orientated Office Assistant to join our business. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer the phone, handle customer inquiries, update customer records, billing, keeping the office tidy/organized and any other office duties assigned.

This is a full-time position with the hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. We offer health insurance and a retirement plan.

Requirements and Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Prior experience handling office responsibilities

· Customer service experience

· Proficient computer skills; Google Chrome, Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Google Docs, etc.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Organized multitasker

· Able to perform tasks in a timely manner

· Willingness to learn and to grow with our company
