*This will be a contract 2 hire*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support, filling out applications, making phone calls to clients, and providing general office support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit insurance applications for annuities and life insurance policies, custodial applications, and service forms.
- Follow up with clients to gather additional information and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
- Draft and send correspondence and emails as needed.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an office setting and/or the financial industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software programs.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
