Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
This position requires being in our office, it is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Dispatch service technicians
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
