SalaryThis position requires a variety of clerical tasks. Experience with, or interest in learning Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Tasks include but are not limited to: basic data entry, receptionist phone line, office supplies, unit registrations, entering credit card charges balancing statements. Counting down cash drawers is a part of closing the store daily, previous experience with handling money is a plus.
The ideal candidate for this full-time position should be honest and friendly, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can organize their work using tools such as Excel. The Office Assistant should help the Office Manager ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
