**Office Assistant**
**Duties:**
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate individuals.
- Assist with project coordination by preparing meeting materials, tracking project timelines, and maintaining project documentation.
- Transcribe notes, memos, and other documents as requested.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain various databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents in both physical and electronic formats.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
**Skills:**
- Proficient in using computerized office software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Experience working in an office environment or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
