We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner with anything they need
- Make phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling vehicle showings and posting ads online
- Must have drivers license
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform other duties as assigned
-Run local errands from time to time
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
