**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing department
- Working in a highly technical environment
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Perform order entry and sales order processing.
- Providing and following up on quotes and orders through email and phone.
**Skills:**
- Excellent phone, writing and customer service skills
- Self driven
- Strong administrative and clerical abilities
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Familiarity with microsoft and excel software
- 5 years of working in an office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
