Job Description
We are seeking a Office Assistant Part Time- Wenatchee to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions working for a local hotel group. 20 - 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other in-house documents
- Plan and schedule Interviews and meetings.
- Accounts payable
- Account Receivable
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
