SalarySmall Construction Company looking for an Office Assistant with at least 2 years working in an office.
Office Responsibilities:
Maintain Filing System
Answer Phones during lunch or fill in
Perform Clerical Duties
Prepare documents for Safety & OSHA books
Maintain Supply & Shirt Inventory
Assist Payroll with timecards
Maintain and updated all truck folders
Update and maintain excel spreadsheets
Our office requirements:
MUST be Bilingual
Notary is a plus
Office Hours are 7 am to 4 pm -
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
