Location - Remote (Oakland General Office)
Looking for local candidates to Bay Area/Oakland & within CA. REMOTE ASSIGNMENT.
PART-TIME POSTION, APPROXIMATELY 20 HRS PER WEEK+/-
TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with reading and understanding general Land Rights documents.
- Experience with utility Land Rights agreements.
- Negotiation experience between property owns and utilities.
Description:
- Review client's & SFPUC land right documents.
- Coordinates the preparation of SFPUC documents for acquisition of property and Land Rights.
- Track project workload.
- Obtain/request project cost data and compile information as requested.
- Communicate via email and/or phone.
- Participate in bi-weekly MSTeam client/SFPUC coordination meeting.
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- Notary Public - current or obtained within six (6) months of employment.
