SalarySports Therapy and Rehab (STAR) is a small, community based, private practice physical therapy office. We are looking for a dynamic team member to assist patients with scheduling, answer phones, assist with insurance authorizations, help with supply ordering, help with intermittent clinical tasks, and bring a positive energy to our team. We may need someone who is familiar with social media and help us grow our online presence. We are looking to train the right candidate. Will be up to 20-25 hours per week
Front Desk Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive
Answer phone calls and emails
Maintain calendars for the office
Perform general office duties which include mail organization, file maintenance for office manager and PT's , office inventory for marketing and supplies, overall office cleanliness, and support with additional projects when needed

Friendly and Professional
High School Diploma
Office Casual Dress
Organizational Skills
Self-Starter and Comfortable with Taking Initiative
Social Media Savvy, preferred but not required
