A fun and lively seasonal business is seeking a confident individual to provide diverse office administration functions for our upcoming season. This is a full-time position from April through September, but has the ability to become a year-round position for the right candidate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering multiple phone lines and directing calls appropriately, accepting and directing shipments, checking part-time workers in and out, assisting office personnel, and managing the distribution of radios to appropriate park staff. Candidate must possess the ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a desire to learn, and be available to work through Labor Day plus the following weekend. During the summer season, weekends are required.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Word
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop
- Experience with other editing software
- Able to work with PC and Apple computers
- Focused
