SalaryEEP has partnered with a growing auctioneer company in Morris, IL, in search of an Office Assistant. This position offers weekly pay and insurance benefits.
Pay:
18.00 $/HR
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Job Duties/ Requirements:
- Greeting customers and directing them as to where they need to go or who they need to speak to
- Comfortable with computer functions and noting of customer interactions
- Taking payments, applying payments
- Following documents required notes on each interaction as required, handling of title (if a titled item) to customers once acct’s are paid
- Printing off release tickets, invoices, BOL and international travel documents
- Additional support of site, i.e. ensuring area is clear and professional looking, water is stocked in the front fridge, assisting with lunches if needed etc. – we’re looking for a team player!
