Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:The Office Assistant III performs clerical work of considerable difficulty and is responsible for providing clerical support to the Parks & Recreation Department. The work requires the operation of standard and electronic office equipment. Duties include budget and receipt tracking, maintaining spreadsheets, entering payroll, ordering supplies and obtaining bids. This position is supervised by the Office Specialist and Parks & Recreation Director.
