This position will work with our service department including technicians and vendors in order to provide customers with an excellent service experience
In this position you will be organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files of our customer's current equipment and service needs
You will be entering this data into our computer system and be responsible for updating the files as customer's need change and/or grow
Assist with our parts department as needed
Assist with quotes
Perform other clerical duties and special projects as they arise
This Job Requires:
Administrative/Clerical Experience - 2 years required
Microsoft Office Experience - 2 years required
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Strong detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills
Diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
