JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY: The first line of communication for Libs Paving by greeting guests, customers, employees, and vendors either in person at the office or via a phone call. Provides support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities for Libs Paving.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (will include but not limited to):
? Manages all incoming phone calls from 9am to 3pm.
? Manages residential paving and sealcoating quote requests that come from the Libs Paving website and/or daily phone call requests.
? Sets appointments for Project Estimators that originate from website or phone calls as needed.
? Organizes breakfasts/lunches for meetings as needed.
? Organizes and makes travel arrangements as needed.
? Interacts with all potential new hires by directing them to the online application process, providing them with an application or contacting Human Resources.
? Manages all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and visitors.
? Manages all credit applications.
? Orders office and safety supplies; ensure quantities are plentiful, and the copier and fax machine are stocked with paper.
? Works with VP of Operations and Human Resources to update Apprenticeship hours spreadsheet.
? Takes care of daily kitchen upkeep including loading, unloading the dishwasher, and stocking the refrigerator with drinks. Orders drinks and snacks when quantities are low.
? Assists with Social Media posts.
? Monitors and communicates with office cleaning company.
? Has the ability and interest to assist with all other potential project requests.
? Effectively communicates with other team members with the ability to listen as well.
? Maintains an important level of discipline and professionalism as a representative of Libs Paving Co.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
? Bi-lingual with an emphasis on Spanish.
. Must be dependable with good to excellent attendance and punctuality.
? Must be able to manage multi-task situations.
? Must have a calm and pleasant personality.
? High School Diploma or GED preferred.
