Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Calling prospective clients and business
- Help with an email marketing campaign
- Assist with office management tasks such as scanning/filing paperwork
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Assist with basic computer tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
